High quality stamp. Customer service was excellent. After I received this stamp, I ordered more.
I ordered two notary stamps and received one stamp with someone else’s logo on it. I am so disappointed, if I could give negative stars I would. Now I’m worried that someone is out there using my notary while I have to hand write each one.

This stamp is so frustrating! You can’t get it open without getting ink all over your hand and it’s not big enough to hold to stamp evenly and correctly. Do not recommend at all!

Order processed and received in a timely manner. I took one star off because my notary identifying information that is printed and placed at the top of the arm of the stamp is light in ink and faded out on some letters. Would have preferred that to be more uniformed and bolder inappearance as was my lp I ordered.
The notary seal embosser came in very unclear and not even. some words can not read. I called the customer services and they told me to write the email to explain the matter. Then they replied me in email to ask me to take multiple photos of the seal embosser. After they review the photos, they said nothing wrong the seal embosser. Then they asked me to take more photos from the side. They still said nothing with the seal embosser after I sent in the side photos. This time, the 3rd time, they asked me to open up the whole seal embosser to see if I can fix the problem. I think they are nuts. they created a problem seal embosser and asked me to fix it by myself. This company is horrible, is the worst experience I ever have in my life.

Great product with short turnaround time
At Notary orientation they showed a couple different inkers for the embossed seal, and they commented that these kind are "so convenient" but not usually included in your typical notary supply starter pack. I scoured the internet looking for this exact item, and it's actually comical how much better and simpler this is in comparison to the standard model I received in the supply kit I ordered. This is TOTALLY worth the additional cost (and $15 cost is really not that much.) Would recommend for any one with a need to stamp circular embossed seals. Also like the fact that this one has a cover that clips securely to the bottom when not in use. Hopefully the ink lasts fairly long for my purposes. Shipping also satisfactory.
