Choosing Seal Orientation

When Ordering your embossing seal the orientation refers to what direction on the sheet of paper the embosser comes in from. We have an equal number of requests for Top and Bottom orientation. Embosser Orientation is what direction of the page you would like the insert to imprint from. Choosing a TOP ORIENTATION is for when you want your embossed image to come from the TOP of the page for example in the use of stationary applications. BOTTOM ORIENTATION will imprint from the bottom of the page, for example if you were embossing Envelope Flaps with an Address Embosser - you want to select a Bottom Orientation. Same is true for a LEFT or RIGHT Side Orientation.

Bad experience

The notary seal embosser came in very unclear and not even. some words can not read. I called the customer services and they told me to write the email to explain the matter. Then they replied me in email to ask me to take multiple photos of the seal embosser. After they review the photos, they said nothing wrong the seal embosser. Then they asked me to take more photos from the side. They still said nothing with the seal embosser after I sent in the side photos. This time, the 3rd time, they asked me to open up the whole seal embosser to see if I can fix the problem. I think they are nuts. they created a problem seal embosser and asked me to fix it by myself. This company is horrible, is the worst experience I ever have in my life.

I placed the order on July 15, 2023 and I didn't receive it until July 27,2023, the order confirmation mentioned 7-10 business days, so they waited till last day and then send me Notary embosser with the wrong name, and poor quality, I barely can see the embossment mark. it is a notary seal embosser!! they requested a proof of my notary and they gave me the impression that they are professional and they verify everything, The packing slip indicated the correct name, and stamped with (Quality Assurance) your order was packed today by Sanu, thank you Sanu for placing my embosser in the box without bothering to check it out. its August 5th and I'm still waiting on receiving the tracking number for the new insert, as for their customer service, I contacted them and I received an email from Rachael, Customer Service Acorn Sales Company, Inc. and Engineer Seal Stamps.com, to say we will send you a new insert and here is how you can use it, she forgot to add since we are so cheap to replace the entire order!! Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.
