An easy sliding lock mechanism makes for convenient handling and storage. The engineer seal has a reach of about 1-1/2" into a sheet of paper. I was glad to find ESS so that I could replace the one that had been misplaced during an office relocation. I noticed that ESS had the templates for every state and had a variety of sizes and styles like ink or embossers. It was a simple process to order the replacement and it arrived quickly. In addition, they provided digital seals at no extra charge. I am very happy with quality of my embosser and would recommend ESS to anyone who needs their services.

Good, not great

For the price, the embosser is definitely delivers at a lower price point. My big complaint is that the lock doesn't work well. To get the lock to engage, I have to press the embosser with my full weight on a table and even then the notch doesn't rest on the cross-piece. This seems a little extreme. Aside from that, it is nice and compact. It embosses well and was was delivered very quickly. If you're in the market for this price-point embosser, this is a great option. Just don't count on the lock mechanism.
