Professional Handheld Seal Embosser

I placed the order on July 15, 2023 and I didn't receive it until July 27,2023, the order confirmation mentioned 7-10 business days, so they waited till last day and then send me Notary embosser with the wrong name, and poor quality, I barely can see the embossment mark. it is a notary seal embosser!! they requested a proof of my notary and they gave me the impression that they are professional and they verify everything,

The packing slip indicated the correct name, and stamped with (Quality Assurance) your order was packed today by Sanu, thank you Sanu for placing my embosser in the box without bothering to check it out. its August 5th and I'm still waiting on receiving the tracking number for the new insert, as for their customer service, I contacted them and I received an email from Rachael, Customer Service Acorn Sales Company, Inc. and Engineer Seal Stamps.com, to say we will send you a new insert and here is how you can use it, she forgot to add since we are so cheap to replace the entire order!! Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

This was delivered very well in time. The seal embosser works well.
