Description
When you need to certify that a document is a copy of another document, this certified copy stamp has all the information you need to get the job done. You can choose from two layouts, the standard with no personalization, or personalized with your name, expiration date, and registration number (if applicable). Certified copies are often required when dealing with legal documents, and your stamp gives you the wording you need to provide this service, but the notary information is not on the documents.
This is a traditional, wood-handled stamp that uses ink pads that are sold separately. It has no moving parts that will break under heavy use. The impression size is approximately 1-9/16" tall by 2-3/8" wide. Our rubber stamps are laser engraved and have a deep-cut, raised design to make precise imprints. This stamp is used in conjunction with your notary stamp or embossed seal. If you would like to proof your design before production, please mark that you want a PDF when you place your order. We typically ship orders in one to two days and warranty our stamps for six months.
