Traditionally, notary seals were required to be done with an embosser; however, over time, most states have adopted the use of notary stamps alone or in conjunction with an embosser. We guarantee our notary stamp to be in compliance with your state notary specifications. If you are unsure, check your notary handbook or call us. If you have not started using a notary stamp, this self-inking stamp is an economical choice. It does not require the use of an external ink pad and is excellent for making repetitive stamps, such as when you work for an attorney.

This stamp uses water-based ink and a stamp pad that slides into the housing. After about 5,000 impressions, you will need to remove the ink pad and add ink to it. You can specify how you would like the expiration date formatted. Our stamps are handcrafted with laser engravers that create precise impressions. Shipping is quick; we normally ship your product 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order.
