Hawaii Professional Engineer Seal & Stamp Requirements

In the state of Hawaii, all professional engineers are required to use a Hawaii professional engineer embosser seal or stamp. It must be acquired at the engineer’s own expense, and must meet certain stringent requirements.

Guam Professional Engineer Stamps and Seals

All engineers conducting business in Guam are required to use Guam PE stamps or seals that conform to the standards set out by the licensing board. The official seal of the Board must consist of the Guam territory seal, surrounded by the phrase “Territorial Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, Architects, and Land Surveyors".

Georgia PE Stamp Requirements

Every engineer in the State of Georgia is required, under the regulations set out by the licensing board, to have a Georgia PE stamp or embossed seal in accordance with their certificate of registration.

How to Use Your Georgia Engineer Seal

Every Georgia professional engineer is required, under the regulations set out by the state board, to have a Georgia professional engineer stamp or embossed seal in accordance with their certificate of registration. You acquire this seal at your own expense and affix it to all documents and drawings that you submit. It must be fully compliant with the Georgia seal requirements set out by the Georgia state board for professional engineers and land surveyors.
