What does the statute fix on the face of the seal?

Whenever you prepare working drawings or reports for plans or projects that chapter 396 says only a licensed landscape architect may prepare. The duty is drawn from §§ 20-369, 20-372(b) and 20-376 of the General Statutes.

No verification standard means the chapter gives no test that an electronic seal would have to pass. The only sealing language it uses is the phrase about drawings and reports being stamped.
Do you sign and date next to the seal?
