We do email coupon codes to customers who have opted in to receive our coupon emails. You should start receiving them after you’ve placed your first order, if you chose to opt in to receiving emails from ESS.
Yes, all we would need to know is the email address where you would like to receive our coupons. You can request to receive coupons by entering the request through the contact us form.
Coupons are usually sent out every 4 to 6 weeks. If you have not received one in several months and you’re signed up to receive our coupons, check your junk or spam folder to see if it might have ended up there.
Be sure the code is entered correctly with no spaces before or between the letters or numbers. Verify that all promotional conditions have been met, such as ordering minimums or product requirements. Make sure that you are entering the code on the checkout page, where you enter your shipping information. There is also a field labeled discount code. You would enter the code there and hit apply.
No, coupons must be applied at the time the order is placed.
