Typically, eSeals are emailed the same day the order is placed within a few hours. If the order is placed after our business hours or on the weekend it is typically sent on the next business day.

If you have trouble with an eseal file format, we will help troubleshoot as much as we can. We are not able to provide software support.

This will depend on your state and sometimes your municipality as to whether you will only need the eseal or will need more to digitally sign. If they require an electronic encryption or an electronic signature, then you will need to purchase that through another vendor. Electronic encryption or an electronic signature is not included with the purchase.
